The room was spacious and clean, everything was so perfect. I booked a room to celebrate my partner’s birthday, and when I told the staff they prepared a letter and a box of chocolates for him! My partner was so pleased. A but thank you to the staff for being so kind and considerate. My partner and I often stay at hotels, but we both agreed that this is definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!

The staffs can not find our reservation because we had maked a reservation late night befor. But they solve this ploblem with professional and we can access to our room very very early morning without any charge. Very helpful Staff and very clean and comfort hotel. Lawson on G floor.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Staff very really helpful and accomdating, one lady in particular was super friendly, making me feel more comfortable about my stay, she even showed interest in my nezuko/demon slayer and one piece stickers on my luggage. Room was super comfy and a lot of room, had all the facilities and amenities I required. Would stay again if I'm ever in Yokohama again

JR-East Hotel Mets Yokohama Sakuragicho is attractively set in Yokohama, and features a restaurant and free WiFi. This 3-star hotel offers a 24-hour front desk. Location is good! Hotel is exactly near the Sakuragicho station, which is close to air cable station. This is a perfect place to stay overnight when you come to Yokohama for sightseeing. The room is clean and comfortable. I reserved a single room. The bed is big enough for a person to roll over. The most fantastic part is the fancy bedroom. I really enjoyed taking a hot bath with the free bath powder provided by the hotel. Overall, it is a perfect and affordable option for staying overnight in Yokohama. I will definitely stay in here again.

Brand new hotel in a few floors on a high rise Comfortable rooms with a decent size for Japan Fully equipped and small but functional bathroom Excellent and cheap breakfast inside the hotel. Do not miss it. It is the best you will find in the neighbourhood

Ideally situated in Yokohama, the square hotel Yokohama Minatomirai features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. Fantastic hotel in a great location. As the hotel is based on the edge of the business district, the view from the room and the service were astonishing: we arrived before check-in and left our luggage at the reception, and when we returned, the luggage was already delivered to our rooms. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, with plenty of amenities and free water/coffee/tea. The price for our night was lower than that of other hotels, but the quality most definitely exceeded.
