Hotel was lovely, staff were very accommodating. Even though I put in the wrong name, they realized my mistake and still accepted my booking.

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. Everything was so nice. Staff are very friendly and experienced. We used this hotel for my daughter's birthday and thanks to this hotel, we had a very memorable time.

I very much enjoyed my stay.

Overlooking Yokohama Bay, the Intercontinental boasts a 31st-floor Chinese restaurant and a spa with massages. Rooms have free WiFi and city or bay views. The room was splendid ang huge. It definitely exceeded our expectations! We were happy to spend our daughter's first birthday there 😊 Overall, it was an amazing experience. Will definitely be back again soon 🙌
